The whole idea here is to make a small reflector binoscope which is very light (<4 Ibs), very inexpensive (<$150) and can be used on an inexpensive photo tripod. Being a reflector binoscope there is no chromatic abberation ensuring crisp images of the Moon and Saturn's rings at 40X. It works very well from 11X magnification (32mm Plossl) to 40X (Svbony 9mm). The IPD can be adjusted from 50mm to 70mm but it cannot be adjusted "on the fly", meaning it takes a few minutes to change the IPD and re-collimate, thus it is not a binoscope for sharing the view with others with very different IPDs. Small differences in IPD up to +/- 2mm can be accommodated quickly by sliding the upper eyepiece plate and re-focusing.
